Funky Lunch was born out of the desire to turn an ordinary lunchtime sandwich into something a bit different to encourage children to try and eat a varied and healthy lunch.
So this has got to be one of the coolest ways to prepare a sandwich. Here I was thinking about getting some cookie cutters to liven up our boring sandwiches but now I realize just how subpar that would be!
